Terms & Conditions

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using the NIKOS Property Services website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

NIKOS Property Services & General Contractors Inc. provides residential and commercial property services in the Ottawa region, including but not limited to: • Lawn maintenance (cut & trim, lawn restoration, monthly packages) • Landscaping (garden maintenance, mulching, landscape design, seasonal cleanups) • Property services (spring & fall cleanups, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, junk removal) • General contracting (as available) All services are subject to availability and our current service area. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was described, or if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quote if access to the property is restricted or conditions have changed significantly since the original assessment.

We will make every reasonable effort to complete services on the scheduled date. However, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

To allow us to perform our services safely and effectively, you agree to: • Ensure clear and safe access to the property and work areas on the scheduled service date. • Remove or secure pets, vehicles, and personal belongings from work areas prior to our arrival. • Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, buried cables, or other hazards on the property before work begins. • Ensure that any required permits for the work have been obtained, where applicable. NIKOS Property Services is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities, structures, or property features.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate written agreement has been made. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Overdue invoices may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

NIKOS Property Services carries appropriate liability insurance. We take care to perform all work professionally and safely. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not responsible for: • Pre-existing damage to the property. • Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or conditions on the property. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Any claims for damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

Certain services (including lawn maintenance and snow removal) are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule or modify services due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, lightning, extreme cold, or ice. No penalty will apply to rescheduling caused by weather.

All content on the NIKOS Property Services website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of NIKOS Property Services & General Contractors Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at nikosproperty.com/privacy-policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
